Customization Process & Cost Notes

The first customization involves a multi-step process to ensure precision:

4.3D file generation & mirroring (to match your existing toes).

5.Mold file refinement.

6.3D sculpting of the prosthetic base.

7.Prototype production.

8.Special effects (SFX) makeup application (for skin tone matching).

9.Color setting & final touches.

Due to this intricate process, the first custom order requires 30-40 days of production time and a higher initial cost. However, once your 3D model is stored in our system, subsequent reorders will be significantly cheaper and faster.

Skin Tone Matching

You can select a base skin tone from our color chart, and our team will further adjust it using photos of your foot. This ensures alignment with your unique skin tone, which may vary due to blood circulation, sun exposure, or other factors. We strive for 80-90% color accuracy to ensure a seamless blend with your natural foot.

Order Flow

1.Place your order.

2.A dedicated service group will be created to assist you throughout the process.

3.We ship a mold kit for you to take a plaster impression of your foot (with step-by-step tutorials and guidance from our experts).

4.Submit your mold and foot measurements; production begins once verified.

5.Receive photos/videos of the finished prosthetic for confirmation.

6.Final product is shipped to you.

Material & Usage Note

Our prosthetics are made of high-quality silicone, filled with prosthetic-specific foam. They do not contain internal wires or a skeletal structure, so they serve aesthetic purposes only and cannot support high-impact functional tasks (e.g., heavy running, jumping, or carrying heavy loads). We recommend avoiding wear during strenuous physical activities.
